Christmas star in porcelain, made up of 3 layers, clear glazed on the front, with gold* detail, (applied as a gold lustre before a final firing in the kiln)
Gold coloured hanging cord giving approx. 7cm drop.
Ornament 5.5cms x 5.5cms approx.
Imprinted on the back with crane maker's mark
*Gold lustre is real gold dissolved in an oil. When the oil burns off in the kiln, a deposit of pure gold is left behind.
