Personalised porcelain keepsake heart with gold detail...and yes, it is real gold so will never tarnish.

Card 12 x 12cms, heart 7 x 6.5cms, envelope 13 x 13cms.
Each heart is made by hand and requires 3 firings in the kiln so please allow 2 weeks before dispatch.
The card has a detailed heart design on parchment paper so it can stand alone once the keepsake is removed. Parchment envelope.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
I want all my customers to be happy with their purchases but understand that sometimes things go wrong. Please let me know immediately if there is a problem, including damage in transit (photographs will also be really helpful) for a full refund.
I may also ask you to return the item (at my cost)
SHIPPING INFO
All items are carefully packed using recycled packaging wherever possible and sent Royal Mail. I aim to get your item posted within 48 hours of receiving the order and should be with you in 3-5 business days.
